Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During drops or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping info. Sleakers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, Sleakers is not liable for lost or stolen items. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
At Sleakers, all sales are final.
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error was made on our end.
Exceptions (Our Mistake Only)
We will only accept a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong size than what was ordered
To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and original packaging must be included

No signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted under any circumstance

We do not accept returns for sizing issues if the correct size was originally shipped
